ADMISSION
Patients are admitted by specialist practicing in the hospital outside through referral and through accident & emergency unit. Patients in labour will be admitted directly to the delivery suites. For booked admissions, please check in at the appointed time requested by your doctor.

Documents required on admission are:
- Identity Card (Malaysian or Permanent Resident)
- Passport (Foreign Resident)

VALUABLES
The hospital will not be liable for any loss of property. Patients are advised to leave valuables and cash at home. However, for those unable to do so, valuables/cash may be deposited with respective ward staff.

DEPOSIT UPON ADMISSION
On admission, a deposit is required to be paid and you may do so by CASH or CREDIT CARD, or present a Guarantee Letter or Insurance Card, which is acceptable by the hospital. The amount varies, depending on the type of cases and type of room requested.

Note: Insurance Card that is declined/pending approval, a deposit will be collected. All 
decision by the Insurance Company is final. Any appeal is to be directed to the Insurance 
Company on your own
